“Front desk was friendly ,inadequate lighting in room, towels were worn thin,carpet was buckling, air conditioning was extremely loud”

“Nothing 😒 204 has bed bugs we told the lady at the front she just moved our room to the one next door in 202 and that room had cockroaches and bed sheets was disgusting. Then this morning bangs on the door which also needs fixed their are cracks in the door edge that lets u see in the room. Screaming we need to open it when we was trying to get dressed to open it. So rude at this location.”

“Staff was very friendly. Room matched the price point, as the room looked rough, shower/tub was sketchy, shower curtain rod mounts had been pulled from the walls and gently replaced. Continental breakfast was set up next to the laundry equipment and included only coffee, juice, yogurt, and a waffle maker. Beds appeared clean and were comfortable.”

“This was a lovely place to stay for a wedding related trip to Rogersville. It is conveniently located and has wonderful, historic charm. Our room “The Browns” was clean and very comfortable. The check in and check out procedure was easy and the Desk Clerk was very kind and accommodating. I highly recommend a stay here!”

“It’s always a treat to come enjoy some time at the hotel. I have experienced twice now that the kitchen is strict about a 9pm close time. When we tried ordering dessert after our meal, around 8:55, the server said the kitchen is closed and wondered which dessert the kitchen would be willing to make. I appreciate boundaries but it always seems like the servers are nervous and if a diner is already eating, the kitchen could serve the last part of the meal without making it uncomfortable....
