“The breakfast was perfect. We don't have a dog.”

“The “refreshed” rooms have poorly installed shower doors. They were literally falling off their brackets. A true hazard as they are glass. Reported to front and they moved us to another “refreshed” room where those shower doors were also not hung properly but not as dangerous as the first room. ”

“Room was overall clean, staff was very nice and friendly. Pool didn’t work but it was cold outside anyway. Tub faucet runs nonstop in room 200. Curtain didn’t cover the entire window to block others from peeking in as well as blocking out the sunlight the next morning. We stretched it the best we could. When we arrived back to the room a roach was crawling on the wall. Not many options in the area. Could use more updates for sure. Door key reader is old and rusty. They tried but it needs some...

“Clean, air and heat worked good. Bathroom a little inconvenient when you have 2 people in a room with a lot of personal hygiene items to put on 1 sink. There’s An area above the toilet but not a place you want to store things and accidentally drop things in the toilet. Maybe having storage u der the sink would be a better place. ”

“This place was very clean and up to date. Breakfast was good with a different menu each morning. Well lit parking lot with lots of lighting.”

“A/C was quiet, but cold air flow made me very uncomfortable. It was blowing right in my face. I had to shot it down in the middle of the night. The window did not have an option to open it. Even not a smallest gap. It's crazy. Why not?! Also the smoke detector was flashing strong white light all night long, I wonder why? I should give them 3 stars. 4 was probably too much.”

“The property had lots of green space to walk a dog. The property was fairly quiet with being almost full. Bed was pretty comfortable. There was some built up dust in the corners of the room, but overall clean. ”

“The room wasn’t clean and it smells like smoke. The carpet in the hallway had paper and dirt that needed vacuuming. The bathroom floor was dirty and nothing had been wiped down. The breakfast was good and the breakfast attendant was very nice. That was my first and last time staying at this hotel. I should have just left, but I was too tired to drive. ”

“What a gem! Beautiful property that is so close to campus. Our room was so cozy and comfortable. Absolutely loved their embrace of the special needs community. True hospitality in every sense! ”

“The first night the bathroom was not clean, I had to go buy cleaning supplies and clean the bathroom. The next morning the staff said the manager will call me and I never got a call. When I got back to the room it still was not clean and the manager was gone. The next morning housekeeping staff knocked on the door at 9:51 to clean the. When check out is 11. The manager only give me $30.00 off. ”

“Check in was horrible as there was no live person. You had to use a kiosk. We got our room and when we entered, it had not been cleaned. There were no sheets on the bed and trash on the floor. Horrible. Do not recommend.”

“Breakfast items were great! Parking was very good. I didn't have a problem. On arrival, I wasn't impressed. The lady didn't seem happy and told me to come back in an hour. I came back in an hour and the manager Karem seemed stressed and didn't welcome me or tell me about anything. I had to ask. Anyway, I did get to check in a little early The room is excellent with towels, and bed was very fluffy and had great pillows. I had plenty of room to spread out my things. I didn't know about...
