Hotel a King William

“Front desk attendant Grace was amazing from the moment we arrived. She went above and beyond to help us and even brought extra sheets, etc to our room herself. She answered all questions and was extremely nice, polite and professional. Our king suite was very roomy and clean. The only thing we would have appreciated is a chair. There is more than enough room. Breakfast was good and kids loved the you make waffles with whipped cream and sprinkles!”

“The gym is pretty basic with free weights, treadmills, elliptical, mats, and balls. Would have liked to have seen a functional machine or machine at all for those of us that lift with guardrails due to age or prior injuries. But I'd you're freeweight lifting they have 10-50s there. The breakfast buffet had a variety of options but not high quality. Pretty much grab and go. It was .. okay. Room was a room. Decent space. The wall unit does not turn the AC on, you need to use the window...

“The property overall was clean and welcoming. The rooms are spacious and also very clean, with comfortable beds and a sizable bathroom. Microwave and refrigerator are included in the rooms, along with a freezer slot in the fridge.”

“Desk person on the evening of the 2nd was not very helpful. We had to wait in the lobby over 20 minutes to get a room. Desk person said she was waiting to hear what room was clean. Once at our room, tried to get the TV to work; it turned on but we couldn’t get a picture. After 30 minutes of trying, attempted to call the front desk. Only static on the phone. No one answered. Went back to the front desk, same person there reported TVs were new and she couldn’t help. No one from maintenance to help...

“The room was updated and very clean. Exceeded my expectations. It was the only hotel/motel in the area, which caused concern but, they have done a good job keeping it up to date.”

“On the fifth floor hot water is an option. Not very clean an a bit run down”
