Hotel a Kirtland

“This is a wedding venue mostly but they do make rooms available to guests during the week and off peak periods. The entrance to the property threw me as it was behind the parking lot of a defunct closed strip mall and at first, I wasn’t sure the approach was taking me to the right place.. when you arrive and park, there is a 24/7 lobby that is not staffed, there I found a basket with an envelope and my name on it which contained a passcode to the common area and my room. I was the only one...

“We stayed here previously, and would stay here again, if we ever came back to the area. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything about this hotel is nice, although the bathroom is a little cramped, but the shower is spacious with ample hot water and water pressure. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The pool is large and laned for swimming. The gym is small but very adequate with a pulley machine, dumbbells, adjustable bench, a stationary bike and a really cool and easy...

“This visit was a little disappointing. There was no soap in the room and the bathtub appeared that it hadn't been cleaned. I was told to park in front of the of the assigned room, but when I arrived there at 7 o'clock there was no space there.”

“Stayed 2 nights on a family trip. The staff were all very friendly, our room was clean. The breakfast was pretty good too! I'd recommend staying here!”

“The sheets were clean and the bed was comfortable. The overall room was basically “you get what you pay for” kind of thing. The bathroom had random wholes in the wall. The shower curtain was dirty and the sink was too. The faucet was leaking as well. All the light switches were filthy so I assume the one in the bathroom had poop on it. I wouldn’t stay again. I suggest traveling with Clorox wipes, Lysol and gloves which is what I always do.”

“A good place to stay when visiting Mentor. The room I stayed in was clean, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean, and amenities like fridge and microwave were there for us. The front desk staff member was friendly and helpful during check-in. There was complimentary continental breakfast included with the stay. ”
