“The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The pillows were uncomfortable”

“Carpet in the room was full of food crumbs . The TV remote didn't work. Had maintenance come to the room to fix it but you couldn't change the channels unless you were directly infront of the TV. I've stayed here a lot lately but this night was a disappointment.”

“Breakfast was great. Got some choices hot and ready. New hot cake machine very high-tech coffee machine put out well check in and check out were great. Pool was warm and usable. Overall very quiet in the bedroom very clean linens and plenty of hot water. Steph was really great as well. Helped me with several issues.”

“Experience was great other than the loud freeway being right there, the room vaguely smelling like cigarettes and the floor being sticky from whatever cleaner they use. Had to wear socks to walk around and play rain noises to drown out the street”

“The building looked tired and dated. As we went up the stairs to our unit, we noticed how dirty the stairs were. This was also visible in the hallway and the room. We entered the unit and there was an odd smell. Also, the bathroom floor had a few broken tiles and the cracks looked dark, I figured they were old cracks. We tried to open the unit’s window and it wasn’t possible. My partner was not happy and we decided to leave. We went downstairs and notified the clerk we wouldn’t be staying and...

“Very clean, quiet, and roomy. Bathroom was very large and spotless. Breakfast was very good. Pancakes, waffles, toast, yogurt, fruit, etc. as usual. But the mini spinach-egg-cheese cups were delicious with real bacon.”
