“Newly renovated property. My only complaint was the thermostat in room didn’t work. I called multiple times and was not able to resolve issue. I gave up since we were only staying for two night and it wasn’t terrible. Front desk did offer to switch us to a different room but decided it wasn’t worth the hassle of having to move all our stuff to another room. Overall, nice property. ”

The entire staff was friendly and efficient, but Chandler was extra helpful. Breakfast was really well done and all the options anyone could want, no matter your spectrum of diet. “This is one of the cleanest hotels I've been in as of late. I have this impression because you constantly see staff cleaning. Even after breakfast the place looks like before the rush. The studio suite was spacious and had a range and college sized refridgerator with separate freezer. The staff from front desk on was welcoming. I wpuld recommend this to families as well. The pool is overlooked by the gym and gets sun only to the mid afternoon in the summer so you can enjoy the nice Irvine...

“We were a family of 4, booked one room two beds. Everything was clean, everything what you need was there, pool was a little small, people were smoking even not allowed.The plants and trees were many and beautiful. Everything was close by, post, bank, ALDI, dollar store, gas station, Ross, Stater Brothers, fast food chains, etc. Beach was 15-20 minutes far even the booking side mentioned 11 minutes. I liked that it was a very quiet place, people were also very respectful and quiet, no loud music...

The location is also fantastic: cross-the-street access to good restaurants, close to Newport Beach, and right on the 405 for easy commuting.
