“Many construction workers stay at this motel. The clean towels were gray and needed to be replaced.. This was brought to the front desks attention.”

“The building was being renovated. The lobby was closed. I had to step over a worker grouting a tile floor in order to check in thru a door at the side if the gift shop. the stairwells had construction materials in them. The fire door at the first floor was blocked open. This hotel had no business being open! The lady at the front desk was very understanding. She refunded our money and we went elsewhere.”

“The house was enough for what we needed. Pretty well stocked lots of towels and seasons for cooking. The utensils and the drawer was dirty and needed to be cleaned, which I did. Our second night someone was on the property in the garage that is footsteps away from the house. Would have been nice to be notified. The driveway had been salted which was nice given the resent snow storm. Curtains for the loft sleeping area would be nice. Also, they charge an extra person charge for any booking over 4...

“All'arrivo alla reception ci hanno dato le chiavi di una camera già occupata. la pouizia su 3 giorni che siamo stati presso la struttura è stata fatta una volta sola. dopo la prima abbiamo pensato ad una svista e abbiamo lasciato perdere, la seconda volta siamo rientrati in albergo alle 23... segnalato al chek out, la receptionist ci ha detto "Ah io non posso dire niente perché io non c'ero". Migliorare il servizio”
