“Our room was very clean but that was the only area that was. Hallways filthy and everything was run down. Pool is closed. Rugs are disgusting., thankfully the room had a lament floor. Disappointing for $350 a night! ”

“The room was not cleaned (short staffed) but the front desk readily gave us clean towels and an apology. The shower floor was very slippery with a few errant pieces of rough tape place haphazardly in the floor. Front desk suggested we put a towel on the floor for safety. The rate of the room is great and I appreciated that, but the airco vent was right next to the desk which made using the desk uncomfortable with cold air blowing on you. “When I booked the room I requested wheelchair accessible. It was accessible with the wheelchair but the bathroom was not. The staff was helpful. But the ice machine was broken and the room had a weird smell.”

“Hotel rooms were clean and as advertised. The staff was friendly and they served a good breakfast on the weekends. Parking is adequate and there is bright sunlight right outside your room doors in the morning if you are about these things. The owner is present on the property to answer any questions and assist as needed. It is also 15 mins from Hershey's attractions so an ideal place to crash at after spending the day at the theme park.”

“Overall this place was a decent place to stay for only one night. We were in town for a wedding and this was local. The room smelled clean but there were stains everywhere and all the furniture was ripped and beaten up. Bed was not soft. We had key issues throughout the night and had to get new keys at 2AM. The benefits were that were was close parking and hot water. I hope they improve their rooms.”

“Cameron was excellent at the front desk when we first checked in and helpful throughout our stay. The people in the lounge were great. The restaurant service was good. It was breakfast that I had and they kept checking on me to make sure if I needed anything else all the hotel staff was friendly and ready to service to our needs.”
