“Needs refurbishing. Poor conditions. Not clean Poor breakfast”

“There were some issues during check in due to training new employees which is completely understandable, they gave me my key card since it was taking so long and let me go ahead. The hotel was clean, the room was very nice, the pool was very clean, breakfast was good for a hotel breakfast. We stayed during a wrestling and basketball tournament so all hotels were booked in the area, the place was completely packed and the staff were constantly busy but even so they were all very courteous and...

“Starting from the front desk, the owner is the one who checked me in n he was very professional, friendly. The air freshner he uses in the lobby n halls smells so good! The rooms, all i can say OMG...my room was very clean, the decor is beautiful and, no chipped furniture, well stocked of towels. I will definitely come back here.
