Hotel a Levasy

“I booked a non smoking room. They had me sign paperwork that I would not smoke in my room then placed me in a smoking room. When I spoke to them about it, he told me it was a non smoking room and I stated that someone had smoked in it and I needed another room. He had an attitude and acted like I was the problem. The breakfast was horrible. It consisted of bread, jelly, butter, 1 yogurt and 1 honey bun.”

“Easy check-in, clean room. Plenty of close parking! Will stay again!”

“If you are desperate and need a room for the night then this could be the place for you. The hotel is very dirty. You can see the filth in the shower, toilet seat. I had to got to the store and clean my room. The tv remote head sticky. Who knows when or if the bed sheets were changed. I had to use my sweater for a pillow. They serve breakfast but I didn’t eat it. ”

“Staff were great, but the property is one to steer clear of. Old and nasty. Mold at base of shower exclosures. Floors uneven and carpet very worn. Beds are way too soft. Hot tub was warm, but no pressure at jets or option to turn jets up beyond a “circulate” only speed. Stayed there because of the rate and animal friendly. Will not stay there again. .”

“We really enjoyed staying at this hotel. I especially found the breakfast to be fantastic with high quality food and lots of options. We are planning to stay there in the future when traveling. ”

“Rooms need renovation but overall good and clean ”

“I booked this hotel specifically for the water slide and the hot tub for my elderly parents bad backs. The water slide worked for about 15 minutes then it broke. The hot tub was down my whole stay. I bought 2 rooms and in both rooms the shower didn't get hot. The vending machine didnt work properly. The only great thing I found at my stay was the nice man that made the breakfast he was friendly, understanding and made me feel comfortable. Overall I'm disappointed with my stay ”

“2 guest 1 face was given each time we asked for clean towels no room service on a daily for emptying trash or given new towels we had to ask daily for towels ”

“The floors were filthy. You could see the dust built up around the edges of the room, the beds, the furniture. There was dust bunnies hanging from the bathroom fan.”

“Staff was nice. Room was dark and dark color with not a lot of outside light.”
