Hotel a Lincklaen

“Historical building with lots of character, lobby fireplace was warming on a rainy day. The first floor lobby and dining rooms are very dark, great atmosphere but bring a little flashlight. Met a lot of nice people during our stay. The welcoming scotch was fantastic. We heard the breakfast was minimal. It was not, filled with all kinds of homemade apple strudel, mushroom quiche, chocolate pastries, many other delicious sweet muffins, etc.”

“Wifi was not working hotel historical well kept plenty of voice for dinner 3 restaurants at the hotel lake and Village really nice”

“The stay was OK overall, but the floor from elevator to room was extremely cold ... which led my wife and I to not use the pool for fear of freezing when heading back to the room after a dip. But the last morning wasn't great. There were dogs in the breakfast area which caused me and a few others to just walk away and head to a local restaurant to get healthier choices.”

“We had a wonderful stay! The facility was very nice; we had clean room, with a comfortable mattress, and all of the staff were terrific. We had a delicious meal at the restaurant Saturday evening. Information for folks considering a stay. Keep in mind this is not a bed and breakfast with homemade breakfast, but rather an Inn, with a full and wonderful Continental breakfast. It may be difficult for folks with bad knees; the guest rooms are on the 2nd and 3rd floor, although someone will help...

“Furniture in the room was covered in dust. Dirty, stained towels. Unexplained fire alarm (false positive reportedly) in the middle of the night.”

“We didn’t even end up checking in. Found a different hotel. There’s a reason the only way to book is paying in full up front. Other people choose to not check in as well.”

“Our family stayed here to attend a college graduation nearby. The lake view and vibe were both amazing and peaceful. We were greeted by our hosts, they were very friendly and helpful. The cottage had everything , my sons enjoyed the canoe and paddle boards provided too. The 2nd night, the entire area lost power, we lost water too, that put a damper on the trip..”

“We never set foot in the place unfortunately. We got to the property after dark and it was unlit exterior The door was not programmed as promised and we could not get in. The owner didn’t respond to our or the property management company’s many communications for two days so we had to stay at a run down hotel which was all we could get at 9:30 on a Friday night in the middle of nowhere A week later the owner still hadn’t responded or apologized for our family’s considerable inconvenience...
