“The location was great. They have valet parking, or you can park your car. Close to restaurants and nightlife. The staff was available if needed. The only minor issues were a broken iron (but it worked) and a personal item left in the room that was overlooked, but they did not take away from the experience of sleeping in a comfortable bed. The room had a spacious fridge, which was appreciated.”

“Traveled with my wife and kids from Chicago to watch a bears vs bengals game the hotel was nice and clean,the receptionist what very helpful Had a lot of issues with the parking garage key and cherry on top the lady that’s in the parking garage was very rude and treated me like if I was dumb her job is to help us and was nothing but rude I did let the nice reception girl know about the girl in red shirt overall the hotel was nice and clean but had a bad experience with the garage key and garage...
