“Booked our room the day of travel. Realized at check in, a few hours later, that I booked for the following week on accident. The hotel refused to let me switch the dates. So I had to rebook for the night and then I had a room for the following week too. I understand that I made the mistake. But I couldn’t believe that they wouldn’t accommodate a date switch since I wasn’t canceling and they would still get their money for the hotel stay.”
