“Honestly I had a good time here. No complaints. The staff was lovely. So kind and sweet and helpful. Also very attentive. They were fast and efficient. The place was clean and smelled very nice. The area was spacious. The AC was great, it got cold super fast. I loved it. The location is in the heart of everything yet secluded and I liked that. The water outside is warm so you can get in even if it’s a bit nippy. My 9 year old also loved his stay. ”

“Great hotel, location and staff. There was an issue with the water but they fixed it right away. Street parking right in front of the hotel, always found a spot. A little noisy from air conditioners outside and music from a nearby festival but I still give it 5 stars. ”

“I had an amazing experience at Conturce hostel for my first hostel stay. The place was spotless and impeccably clean. The staff were incredible, especially Edwin and Yeslady who were so kind and helpful. Even with a few mix ups on my end, they made everything easy. I would definitely return and suggest this hostel to anyone.”

“I traveled with a group of 21 including myself. When we arrived we had to wait til 4 for check-in so we were able to take a look around. The rooms are nice but needing some updating and some furniture items need replacing. The sofabed in my room was stuck out all weekend which ruined me having my group being in my room to celebrate my bday where all my decorations where put up because they dont allow you to decorate inside of the hotel unless you book an event space. “Hotel was very clean in a great location in Old San Juan and the price was lower than other nearby properties. Road noise overnight was very loud. Shower was a little bit of a challenge being tucked into a corner and the rain shower head being closer to the glass than the center of the shower, but we made it work. ”

“It is in a good location. The staff were very welcoming and the check-in was done smoothly. The breakfast was ok, considering it was free due to us staying there. The room could have been a bit more clean, especially the refrigerator, and oven. The sofa was a bit worn out, so maybe updated furniture would help. Overall, the price, the location, and the staff is what made our stay a pleasant experience.”
