“The room is clean and staff friendly. No problem parking. The restaurant serves great food and the pastries were delicious. Only disappointment was that breakfast was $15.99. The breakfast was no different than other hotels that offer it free. Ssfe and secure place. ”

“This is a wedding venue mostly but they do make rooms available to guests during the week and off peak periods. The entrance to the property threw me as it was behind the parking lot of a defunct closed strip mall and at first, I wasn’t sure the approach was taking me to the right place.. when you arrive and park, there is a 24/7 lobby that is not staffed, there I found a basket with an envelope and my name on it which contained a passcode to the common area and my room. I was the only one...

“Had a great stay with my family of 4 + 2 dogs. Staff was very accommodating and friendly, and always working well together. I really appreciated the nice energy they instilled in the space. Highly recommend! ”

“Everything was perfect. The free breakfast was outstanding! My only complaint is that they wouldn't honor our AARP membership because we booked with Expedia. They said we would have to book direct with the hotel in order to get an AARP discount. There was even an advertisement for AARP on Expedia encouraging people to join. ”

“When I booked this property I read the reviews and they were terrible. But the room was fine. Plumbing could use some work, but the the bed was soft warm and dry, and the shower hot and wet. No mold or dust bunnies in sight. Staff was great. TV and wifi worked. But no breakfast even through there is a restaurant. Parking looked easy and safe. But I suspect this conference center was built when Aurora had better prospects and is now a money loser for the owners. My brother says the food...

“Did not clean the room while we were there. Booked a room for 3 but only got 2 sets of everything. Nothing for the sofa bed in the room.”

“The gentleman that checked us in was friendly. The room was a little dirty with stains on the ceiling and walls. The shower drain was clogged. The biggest issue was the visitors upstairs were extremely loud. I’m guessing this is a typical expectation from the hotel because they have you sign a waiver on the weekend saying you will be kicked out if you are too loud. ”
