“Pool was closed.... Room was great and spacious. The shower was maybe the best around. Breakfast was just okay.”

“Poor check in. I got charged twice for incidental due to their machine error. Even though I showed the receptionist that the first charge was showing on my online banking, I still have to get another charge hold otherwise we will not be able to check in and we were checking in late. No coffee maker in the room so you have to go down to the lobby in the morning to get coffee. For the rate they were charging, this hotel was not worth it. “One of the beds in my room had a stain on the bedsheet, but when I brought it to the attention of the staff, they did give me a 1000 point bonus with an apology, which I appreciate. I was able to sleep in the other queen bed in that room without problems. As I was checking out the next morning, a different lady at the front desk was pretty rude to me when I was attempting to get a zero balance statement on my bill. She told me twice that she could not do for me when I was asking her to do, but...

“The parking sucked i know they were under construction but where the cones were people kind have parked there on Saturday evening because believe me they wont be working on Sunday mornings”

“Booked it due to price, didn’t read any of the reviews. But if I were you I’d heed them. The pics of the property are misleading, it’s not as nice looking in person. Was expecting pool access, took children to the pool after we had went out for dinner…only to be kicked out with 15 min. Go for a better stay elsewhere…spend the extra whatever…it would be worth it.”

“Absolutely horrible experience. Booked a stay after a relative was in Grandview icu. I had a severely broken foot at the time as well and was assuming they would be perfect for some relief. No breakfast or access to anything unless you are a platinum gold elite member of their hotel group.”

“This was a nice hotel in the Hoover area. It’s near lots of food options that you can walk to. The bed was pretty firm but overall, we had a nice stay.”

“Came here thinking I’d get a relaxing weekend but oh no!! 1. Family reunion 2. Softball team 3. Baseball team 4. Transient housing All these people and no accommodations. Not enough breakfast food, not enough reception food. No towels, no access to the pool, no blankets for pull out sofa. The family reunion did until 1am!! Just sad. Horrible”
