“Internet fast did not use the gym”

“Room was better than expected, decent bed and tv. No coffee/tea in the room. Guy behind reception was pretty rude to another guest whilst I was checking in. Other staff were polite. Good stay, nice street with good food/drink options.”

“This hotel is exceptional. It is kept very clean and the breakfast and dining facility is spacious and kept very well stocked with hot breakfast items. Staff and overall facilities were A+. ”

Non mi è piaciuto che il giorno prima mi hanno spedito email dicendo che se non telefonavo entro la giornata x dirgli il numero carta di credito non mi avrebbero tenuto la camera, invece su prenotazione c'era chiaramente scritto che avrei pagato al mio arrivo”
