Hotel a Medina

“El hotel necesita de un buen mantenimiento. Las partes comunes no estan muy limpias tampoco. El piso donde hay la reception es el segundo. El parqueo esta' a 300 mts no es un problemaso pero cuandos tienes maletas tampoco es muy comodo. En el momento que te dan la targueta para salir del parque tienes que firmar un papel que en el caso te olvides de devolverla ellos tienen el derecho de cobrarte 50 Dolares... 50. No se tratan asi los clientes.”

“We were a little skeptical with some of the reviews that we had read. Rooms were clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Staff was wonderful from Carlos and staff at the front desk to housekeeping. Everyone who worked they was very helpful, informative and welcoming. Area safe not so much traffic resort wasn’t far from restaurants, casino, stores or bars. It’s about a half an hour from San Juan. Will definitely be returning back, especially if we’re I the or around the area highly...

“The hotel is sleek and modern. Our room was clean and fresh. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. A great location to stay for cruises. It is just a 10 to 15 minute walk to the old San Juan Piers. There are also plenty of options for restaurants. It was quiet after dark. What we really likes also was how courteous the drivers are. Many would stop to let you pass and give a wave to us. ”

They did give us a $21 voucher to the restaurant in the hotel to make up for the delay. But $21 doesn't cover much there. Once we get our room, everything was great. They have us a late check out, the room was beautiful, the shower was amazing. The food in the hotels restaurant was good, but expensive. The drinks were blah. “The front desk staff was pleasant and upbeat and did a great job getting all of us checked in. She was thorough and went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome. Rooms were clean, pool area nice. Easy walking distance to many shops and restaurants and the beach. ”

“I love the wave and I am a regular client since 2014 but this time I regret to say the conditions of my room compared to the price asked were not fair at all. the room had a crazy humidity which forced to keep A/C on 24/24... it was not even possible to stand on your feet because of the slippery floor... furniture starts to get creepy because the few years ago renovation was cheap (like the table that was just painted...) ”
