“I had booked three nights total but completely had to check out on the second day due to the bug bites all over my arms and legs, the beds we disgusting with human hair inbetween headboard and mattress the carpets filthy, it was musty and moldy smelling the air conditioning unit was hanging on the wall by tape. I asked for a extra sheet and and had to go and buy blankets to sleep on at the local tjmaxx, as well go to home depot and buy a 10$ can of HOT SHOT BED BUG SPRAY FOR OUR BLANKETS AND...

“Clean rooms”

“Yes. ”

“Room was just ok. Thin sheets, old mattress, busted furniture, rusted metal trim and door, bubbling wallpaper, big notches and missing paint on walls. All cosmetic concerns that could easily be fixed and make a world of difference. The room was clean and most staff was friendly. ”

“The property offers dog friendly however they charged another 25.00 for the stay non refundable. Would have been nice to know that prior to staying . Also no meat on the complimentary breakfast . Staff was nice and friendly, place was clean . ”

“Not a bad place to stay can use some updating, but you get what you pay for and for a one night stay it’s not bad. Bed was comfortable. Pool was out of service and drained. ”

“The hot tub in the room was amazing. Anytime, we go to Conway, we book here. ”

“No warning when booking that this hotel is under construction. They have workers working until dark, so if you need quiet or peace this is not the place. Staff was not overly friendly or helpful. The front desk attendant huffed and puffed when I asked for a receipt for some snacks I bought with cash. ”

“The staff is friendly and our room was clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again. It is convenient to Walmart, Starbucks and McAllister Deli.”

“It stinks in the hallway on second floor. Probably the carpet smells bad. Same smell in the room of course not that bad. Heat and air are very noisy when you try to sleep. Wafflehouse outside made us not try the breakfast. 100$ For a room like this is not great!”

“Bed bugs!!! Beware!!! And the staff are terrible. And they take your money after you check out.$57 charge after checkout apparently because we didn’t put the cushions back on the bed bug infested couch. The pool is so cold it’s unusable. All in all find another hotel this one is trash on all levels. ”
