“The property has a beautiful lobby but the hotel is an old property. At first che k- in the room 1020 smelled strongly of mildew. I asked to be moved to another room which was 1012. There was a faint smell of mildew so i brought stand alone and spray air freshners. The room was clean. We had to report that the bathroom sink was draining extremely slow so they sent a engineer. No pool at this property. I'm a coffee drinker and prefer coffee outside the room. I never smelled fresh coffee brewing...

“Front desk ladies were nice and the cleaning staff were friendly. The room floor was sticky and the door looked like it wasn’t wiped thoroughly. We were only staying the night and didn’t want to bother the staff to mop the floor and have to smell any cleaner. The area wasn’t super comfortable to be out running and the fitness center was closed due to renovations. The beds were comfortable and the ease of checking in with my dogs was great. ”

“I should have known what to expect when the logo and name on the building were paritally covered with a tarp. The hotel is being remodeled and should not be open. 1) The front desk agent maintained her phone call speaking about Easter gifts more than to me. 2) There was a carpet cleaner in front of our room we had to move to get in. 3) We passed the pool which is full, but green. on the way to our room. 4) The door was either chewed, or rotted, through the bottom third. 5) The carpet...

“Ms. Tony greeted us upon arrival and made sure we were comfortable during our stay. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Definitely will return. The only problem thing that could have been better…the hot tube/spa in the pool area was broken. ”
