“Hotel is obviously kept up very well. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Very professional. Planes fly over the hotel very low which almost gave me a heart attack at first but was later extremely cool. Kids loved the pool which is surrounded by glass including ceiling. Feels like being outside and you can be in the pool while watching the airplanes. Experience was fascinating. Breakfast was above average at hotels. Great location. “Very disappointed in the lack of hot breakfast. The breakfast was one of the reasons I booked with Country Inn and Suites. If I had known it had changed and would not have the breakfast I would have changed hotels.”

“The room was clean but very outdated. Minimal hot water in the morning only, none after noon, almost like they shut the hot water off. There was no breakfast either morning, but there is a very short walk to an IHOP. The staff was pretty rude at check in and when we complained about the hot water.”

“Perfect if want to stay close to Riverbanks zoo. Very clean and quiet. Loved the kitchenette area. Elevators are weirdly located and extremely hot inside. Rooms are spacious and give a luxury vibe. I would definitely stay again. ”
