“The room was clean overall and the water pressure in the shower was excellent. The shower floor did appear to be stained, however, not sure if it is water deposits building up over time or a lack of proper cleaning. The sheets also had some stains on them; for me it made me wonder briefly if they were clean. Made for a bit of an uncomfortable sleep.”

“The room was relatively clean but the floors were dirty. Staff was pleasant and helpful.”

“My boyfriend and I loved it”

“The stay here was a great experience. Facility was clean and modern. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel was easy to find.”

“So my room was missing a microwave. You could see where someone had stolen it. I told the staff they didn’t believe me smh. There was a roach as big as me crawling to the buffet this morning. I was so disappointed. The staff tried to act like me having a passport to check in was an issue”

“Very clean and friendly staff”

“Location for us was perfect. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The hotel was very nice.”

“i love my stay here. recommended for everyone especially to those who are looking where to stay for fort jackson family day and graduation. Kuddos!”

“A nice clean place to stay. Very accessible to the highway, in a busy shopping and dining area. A few minutes from BGSU and close to Toledo. Actually, after my first stay, I booked it again for a visit I was making in the next couple weeks. Will book again if I am in the area. The "free" breakfast was worth every penny, but as I said, you have many choices in the surrounding area.”

“Ristorante, bar, piscina, idromassaggio. Ottima struttura, ben tenuta. Colazione buona, ma non eccezionale.”

“Struttura nuova, camera pulita con ottima doccia, posizione ottima”

“Nice hotel. Bar and restaurant in lobby was nice.”

“The sofa bed would not open out, so we were given the option to change to a two queen beds suite, which worked out fine for us. My thanks for the young ladies on the desk Thursday evening, they were very helpful and made our stay enjoyable.”
