Hotel a Monroeville

“A little understaffed (went in for check in and nobody was at the front desk, other guests already waiting to check in, tried the front bell but apparently it was broken; finally had to call the hotel’s front desk number and tell them we were in the next room waiting to get registered). Other than that issue, everything else was fine. Accommodations were clean, tidy, efficient. Property was quiet and enjoyed the pool facilities. Free breakfast was fine and filling, good value. Would recommend...

“Property grounds and lobby were nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was nice, updated, and clean. It was nice to have a restaurant and bar on property. The breakfast is not complementary, but it was better than a usual hotel breakfast with more options and better quality. I don’t remember there being a way to tip using your card for the breakfast although you can pay this way. That would be a nice option for the staff and guests. Staff was once again friendly. “For the price, our stay was amazing! You want 2025 updates, stay elsewhere. You want a place to rest your head updated since COVID, get a room on the first floor with fridge and microwave. The main room is updated, but the bathroom will need an update sooner than later. If you aren’t looking to post your time here to social media this is the place to stay. ”
