Breakfast staff was a couple of teenagers on their phone hiding in the back while the garbage can was overfull, waffle batter was empty, soap in the ladies room was empty. forks were gone. “The hotel is in an amazing location with beautiful views of the lake, the rooms and all public areas are pristine and clean, & the staff were absolutely amazing. I would not recommend eating at the restaurant, as it's quite overpriced, the menu is quite performative, and the food wasn't that great for the price paid. It is also very small & loud if the patio is not open. That said, it did not deter from how amazing the hotel is. Just find somewhere else to eat during your stay.”

“We needed a room for the night due to storms in area and we were on bike visiting for bike week so we took what was convenient. The shower was hot, the bed was comfortable and clean, could have used another pillow but I was able to get an extra towel and a rag to wipe the seats off. Staff was very nice!”
