“There was things under the couch and sink I Couldn't identify, objects that I could not reach and didn't really want to. I spilled some lemonade on the floor accidently. I used a hand towel to clean it up and the towel was black. It was obvious the floor had not been mopped.
The light in the bathroom was out. Water pressure was very poor. Bath faucet was loose, shower had two settings and sounded like a jet taking off in both. Ancient toilet, very low, had to push the handle down and hold it...

“The rooms are very clean, updated, and modern. The rooms has a washer and dryer and a kitchenette. The pictures are how the rooms really look. The only issue that I have is the parking. There is limited street parking. Most likely will have to park in their parking garage, but its a charge of $20 per day. Would stay again though.”

“This is a truly unique hotel. It was beautifully, renovated, spacious, super clean, and very convenient for exploring Marshall. The restaurant was good, and it was very relaxing sitting on the deck and listening to the river. The unit was nicely equipped. The only difficulty we had was getting a hold of anyone for questions when we arrived. The phone number in the binder did not answer our call nor reply to text message.
