“This is the first time I’ve had the reception personnel check in daily by text about our stay. And accept requests or answer questions by text. Even though it was by text, there was a human aspect to the interactions. Everything was great. The only minor issue we had was the laundry detergent which was supplied by the hotel was Tide. We are both allergic to string detergents but the staff was helpful in suggestions in finding alternatives. The only thing we didn’t experience was the restaurant...
