Hotel a Murphy

“The breakfast was good with variations over the 4 days. One day our room wasn’t cleaned but we weren’t sure if it was everyday or not. The price was more reasonable than the other hotel close by but it is getting a little shabby.”

“Staff was friendly. Hotel is okay, but had strange odor in the hallways and elevator. Could use some updating.”

“Bedding was thin. The neighborhood around the hotel was not what I would consider safe. Would look for a different option.”

“Everything was great! The only issue we had was I could not get the body wash dispenser in the shower to work. Everything else worked great! I did not report it because I was leaving immediately after I discovered it.”

“The chic design, cleanliness and location were amazing. Beds were extremely comfortable as well.”

“Room was dirty. Bathroom, around the sink had a buildup of dust. I took pictures and showed the front desk worker. The shades are electric and did not work”

“Siamo arrivati molto tardi ed abbiamo trovato la camera più fredda di un congelatore, ma qui negli States non c’è da stupirsi. Ci hanno dato una stanza fronte autostrada a piano terra: praticamente si sentiva ogni macchina che passava (ci hanno messo a disposizione i tappi per le orecchie). In più le due stanze adiacenti ospitavano cani (che io adoro per carità) ma che hanno abbaiato tutta la notte rispondendosi. Ok per accettare i cani ma almeno potevano avere l’’accortezza di metterli in due...

“Everything was great”

“I was in the area to attend a conference. The hotel was located right off of I-30, which made it convenient for getting around the area. The hotel was clean and served a decent breakfast. I would definitely stay here again. Good deal for the price.”

“Had two rooms, both never seemed to fully cool off. Stopper in sink for the 1st room was broken, so sink didn't drain. Staff was very helpful (and pleasant) though, moved us into a larger room right away. Breakfast was good. Check in and check out was smooth.”

“They gave me a room with no windows or skylight even though I booked the one with a skylight. A comped breakfast did not fix the fact that I was in a room under the entire heating and cooling system and it was noisy all night”
