“This was mis-sold. The room was dirty and shabby. The bathroom wasn’t clean with hair in the sink and toilet clearly given a cursory clean. I found hair on the sheets. A small fridge and freezer seemed to have been dumped in the room. The coffee machine was dirty (there wasn’t any tea/coffee in the room in any case). We knew there would be no air conditioning so that was not an issue but given the location by the main road and the flimsy windows it did not look or feel safe especially to leave...
