Chalet a Newcastle Island

Molto pulito.”

“Tutto come descritto”

“Staff were great, room was spacious and clean. Bed were soft so I was worried but I slept really well. While it is dated, I have no complaints, everything was good. Breakfast was basic but hey free breakfast. If in Nanaimo again, will stay again. 😁”

“Our room was very small but it had everything we needed. The bed was comfy and it was very quiet at night. There were plates and cups along with the grudge and microwave. We didn’t use them but it was nice to know they were there. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. We would definitely stay again.”

“5 star will stay again”

“As always, staying at The Spot in Nanaimo was a wonderful experience. The place was super clean and well-stocked, and the staff were as lovely as ever.”

“Was a bit disappointed in our stay. The first night we were in “Jedidiah” which was clean but dark, damp and outdated. After requesting an upgrade we were relocated to an ocean front room which was significantly better. Staff were very helpful and the beach was beautiful, but it wasn’t great money for value especially the Grotto Spa.”

“Well recommended. Very clean, accommodating and friendly staff.”

“Beautiful view”
