Residence a Newcastle Island

“Room was clean and spacious. Not sure if the heat worked, but there was quite a gap around the seal of the door. Staff were pleasant and it was good for an overnight stop before jumping on the ferry back to the mainland. Good location being very close to the ferry terminal.”

“We were in a wheelchair room where the seat in the shower was blocked by safety rail preventing it from being used, same with the folding to the wall, soap dish blocks it. Shower curtain did not come to the floor resulting in a large amount of water on main bathroom floor. There is a drain there as well but annoying having all this water around. We do not use a wheelchair.”

“All clean and good as usual.”
