“The one and only issue we had was the pool bar. It shows it on the website but it hasn't been open for 5 years from what we were told at the hotel. But, we were still able to hang out at fhe pool and catch some sun.”

“This is a boutique hotel, so don't expect too many amenities. Pierre at the front desk was very helpful. This place does not have a bar (it closed around covid time), and does not serve or offer breakfast. There is a microwave you can use and it offers coffee and hot water and tea in the mornings. Pool is very small, but it is salt water. Saw a number of people in the gym. This is a great location as it is between Bourbon and Royal streets, but it was quiet. Close to restaurants, bars,...

“The location was exactly what I needed to attend a conference nearby. Being right on Canal Street, it's easy to walk to attractions, restaurants, and shopping from The Rubenstein. Our room was perfect! Except for the shower leaking onto the floor every time we showered (a little design flaw), it was a perfect stay. With multiple key swipes needed to access the rooms, we felt very safe right in the heart of NOLA. ”
