“The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious.”

“I'm a repeat customer. Great motel for overnight stay. Very close to freeway but far enough away to not hear any traffic noise. It is a family run motel and they put their heart into taking care of their customers. I enjoy the wafels they self-serve for breakfast.”

“Evening staff was wonderful, but the morning staff seemed indifferent. Breakfast: bagels with no cream cheese, waffles with no syrup, yogurt, machine was clogged, cereal with no milk. Could’ve been better.”

“Ac sucked, wall trim was pulled away from wall in places and had rotten wood. Food crumbs under bed and tables. And black mold in the bathroom by the toilet and around the tub and on the roof”

“What a wonderful experience. Everything was clean, the beds were incredibly comfortable, the amenities were really nice and every staff person we dealt with was kind and helpful. I will definitely stay here again!”

“DO NOT STAY HERE! Upon arrival, we spotted an un-housed person and his friend living under the staircase of where our room was located. We spoke to the front office women, who was very kind and she spoke to the (I’m guessing maintenance man or manager, not sure) man doing pool work, who did ask the people to leave. However, he said to them that he was asking them because “those people” complained. Yes. We did. They had their whole living room underneath the staircase, including alcohol,...

“I love the pool is always clean, grounds are kept up they don't charge for my pets, they are very nice staff. The house keeping is great . I recommend staying when your in need of a place to stay don't want to be over charged or treated badly.”

“Beds, blankets, pillow comfortable. Very small bathroom but it worked. Great, clean pool outside. Enjoyed swimming! Breakfast was great: scrambled eggs, potatoes, sausage patties, muffins, toast, bagels, yogurt dispenser (!), waffles, juice.”

“I love Residence Inns and the Residence Inn in Chico followed suit with all of the other fabulous Residence Inns I've stayed at! The staff were very friendly and helpful. I have a food allergy and at breakfast, that was also wonderful and so many options, there was a sign saying ask about their gluten free items. The staff member I spoke with was extremely helpful and packed me up a whole box of gluten free goodies to take! The room was also great, spacious and nice. The pool was wonderful, too!...
