“The manager was rude, looked very unprofessional and not clean. The room smelled really bad and when I complained on check in they claimed they didn’t have another one available. The room was very dirty, the sheets were nasty and had stuff all over them. They wouldn’t give me new ones, the bathroom fan was broken and the fixture was hanging off, the heater/ac was taped on but would fall off and had a nasty smell when running. “Comfortable and artsy-ish hotel with loft beds and clever use of space. Rooms are on the small side. The hotel does *not* provide daily housecleaning services, no cleaning was done between check-in and check-out. This was not clearly communicated in the original listing. Given that I ended up paying the normal hotel rate, I would have expected daily housecleaning services. Otherwise, the stay was fine.”
