“I spent a lovely week with my dog at this adorable 1BR cottage in Old Town San Diego. Check in was easy, and the place was very well supplied with everything from plastic bags to cooking equipment to a flashlight. The little long patio outside was great for throwing the ball for my dog, or just sitting to enjoy morning coffee. Joan was very accommodating to requests, and even brought over a basket of dog toys and a jar of treats for my pup when we arrived! Whether I spent the day lazing around...

“Ray is great and check in is so easy. Ray is quick to respond and we just love this place. The front area with the hot tubs and the beach right across the street is our favorite! Grilling out front and enjoying the view is the best. We love Oceanside and will book here again next summer! ”

“Everything with the apt was great. The only complication that we experienced was parking, which is a normal occurrence in residential SD. It is just something to be aware of when renting/visiting in SD. ”

“Had another great visit. This is our second time, we love the unplugged feeling of this lovely cottage. The yard is a wonderful relaxing place to enjoy the birds and read a good book. Lots of great hiking trails nearby. We had a little glitch and Paul was right on it and fixed the issue. Thanks, we hope to be back!”

“We had a nice day at this property. Miki was super responsive and helpful, which we appreciated. It's an older house (built in 1953) but decorated and outfitted well. Our only issue was that there was air-conditioning in the living room only (maybe I missed that in the listing?) Bedrooms had freestanding fans, which we didn't use at night because they were so loud. But sleeping with the windows open kept us cool enough, and beds are comfortable. The second bathroom is extremely small, just FYI,...

“We were in San Diego to explore colleges with our son and to get to know the area to see if our son could see himself living here. The cottage was a great location to be able to visit colleges and get an idea of what it could be like to live in the San Diego area. The cottage itself was walkable to restaurants, the beach and markets and centrally located to visit other areas by car. While there is noise from the airport and the street, it didn't bother us as we took it to be part of the city...

“Nice open living space. Clean linens and kitchen. Great space for a family! The home is close to the airport and freeway, and you can hear traffic, but it wasn't an issue as all. The kids loved watching the planes land.”

"Séjour de 4 nuits en famille. Hôtel accueillant, propre, calme, personnel disponible et réactif. Chambre spacieuse, propre, équipèe d'un frigo et machine espresso. Petite piscine sympa et chaude. Distances à pied : 2 minutes de Little Italy 5 minutes du Tram 15 minutes du Navy 10 minutes du Ralphs (supermarché. N'hésitez pas à demander au personnel du magasin de passer leur carte fidélité avant que vous passiez les articles, afin de bénéficier des promos des membres). Je recommande fortement pour qualité/prix par rapport à la position. Pas nécessaire de louer une voiture."

"The hotel was comfortable and the staff was very helpful and professional, also giving information about the city and shops where I had to buy some facilities. Just a small issue to be improved: the ventilator in the toilet worked 24/7: it makes no sense and a huge waste of energy (just multiply it for all the rooms): please address this tip to the hotel as a suggestion. Opinion very good on the whole. Thanks, Francesco Bonini"
