“Dirty room, broken loud bed, sunken in room floor which makes the bed creak and echo in room, broken elevator- disabled walked 3 flights to room, construction in community areas, breakfast out in open of construction- dust and dirt everywhere, price was COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE FOR STAY, ROOM, AND BUILDING!!”

“The room initially was pretty clean the staff however was an adequate unprofessional lack hospitality and the willingness to serve the pool was nonexistent due to it not being open and had not been approved by the state the breakfast was basically nonexistent due to the lack of staff Manning the breakfast area making sure supplies as well as food was adequate hot and available overall service was terrible management was nonexistent and not available for concerns of the customers during the day...
