“Non ho ricevuto nessun upgrade ne tantomeno le 2 bibite promesse avevo prenotato una suite con un letto king e un divano ma purtroppo la mia richiesta di ottenere le lenzuola e la coperta per il divano letto e rimasta solo una richiesta dopo 4 ore di attesa mi veniva detto che non c’era personale e che a causa delle restrizioni per il covid non poteva entrare nella mia camera nessun inserviente la cosa mi fa sorridere perché poco prima ovvero 2 ore dopo la mia richiesta veniva nella mia camera...

“We had a great 4-night stay here with my mom and grandma! The beds were very comfortable, the pool was perfect for relaxing, and the location was super convenient, just a short drive to Universal. When we had a small hiccup at check-in, Ravi was incredibly helpful and quickly sorted out the miscommunication with the front desk. Really appreciated the fast response and care. We’d definitely return!”

“L'hotel è, in sostanza, un residence collocato all'interno di un vasto spazio verde. Le unità con cucina sono spaziose e le attrezzature della cucina sono sufficienti. Il complesso è silenzioso, comodo per i parchi ed in prossimità di supermercati. Unica pecca è lo stato delle unità che, anche se non in pessime condizioni, denotano la loro età.”
