Sure there were the sounds of kids or dogs barking as you walk down the halls, but the room was clean, quiet, the bed was very comfortable! Staff in lobby at this particular Motel 6 were lovely and helpful w my request for extra towels… thank you, Yami with the pretty smile for all your care!!!”

“The staff were amazing at this property. I do not usually take the time to write a review as I travel often and am rather busy but when service is above and beyond I do make sure to give praise. Priya at the front desk was so friendly and helpful and Theo the head of maintenence was amazing as well as the housekeeping team. I come to Ohio annually and will make sure to return!! ”

“Everything was fine. Clean. Only issues wete the room door was hard to get open. Had to use shoulder and slam into it. It would be nice to start with enough towels, instead of 2 for 4 people.”

The only thing I did not like is that we had to pay for parking while gone on our trip, thought it would be a nice gesture to be free since we paid that much to stay there. “This Spark Hotel had only been open 2 weeks so everything was new. The only problem at check-in was a computer issue which was fixed by check-out the next morning. Close to Restaurants, shopping, etc. Convenient to Shaker and Cleveland Heights area. Wonderful Staff.”
