“A good place to stay when visiting Mentor. The room I stayed in was clean, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean, and amenities like fridge and microwave were there for us. The front desk staff member was friendly and helpful during check-in. There was complimentary continental breakfast included with the stay. ”

“The lady that checked me in was wonderful and very nice. The door by where I parked never locked and that concerned me, as the property was not secured. Walking through to get to my room with my children was unpleasant as the building reeked of marijuana. I understand it is legal in the state but I was not expecting to encounter it at the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable - so the staff were great!”

We experienced this emergency on Saturday evening and so informed the desk clerk. We were told we needed to call Expedia since we did not give them 48 hours advance notice. “The room was clean well stocked. There was a microwave and fridge for ease of use. Breakfast was good and easy to get to. One small issue would be that the gravy for the biscuits was in a container before the biscuits (sort of out of order). It was good just had to get use to grabbing the biscuits first. Parking was readily available.”

“All of the staff from the front desk to the housekeepers wete very accommodating to my family. I grew up in the next town o er but have lived out of state for 14.5 years. I have stayed at this property close to 20 times in the last 8 years of me visiting. I have come to know those who work there as well as they have come to know myself and my little family over the years. I will continue to choose this hotel over amd over again.”
