“Not only is the host a great communicator but the property was just the same as the description. It was very clean, comfortable, and in a comfortable location. This is a great place to stay if you’re looking to be close the Higgins lake or close for fishing on the au sable river. Definitely would stay again! 10/10!”

“This little quaint place provides the comfort and warmth required for skiing in upper Michigan. We brought our 4 children 14, 16, 19, and 22 and it suited us so much better than a hotel. Support was wonderful with the correct info at right time, not too pesty. Love this place! ”

“Everything about this property exceeded any expectation I had. The view- the land/rockscaping that takes you down to the river is just beautiful. The river is so close to the house the views are stunning every direction you look.
