“We were going to Sleeping Bear Dunes so there really are not a lot of options for stays. The service was fast on the phone during business hours. I did not love that the after hour check-in requires taking a key from a public box for safety reasons. The pillows and bed were very uncomfortable. When we got to our room the heat was not on and the room was at 59 degrees, mind you it is 40 and dropping. “Been staying for years. It was a great place, then about 3-4 years ago it…changed. Not sure what but the quality of everything went down. Not the staff, you could tell the staff was frustrated, but they have always been great. During this stay there was storage containers of new furniture, their pool/hot tub was (mostly) fixed….
