Boutique hotel a Northern Lower Peninsula

“My husband and I had a wonderful two days over the Memorial Day Holiday. The staff was excellent and very helpful and efficient. We were on the first floor and enjoyed the patio and the beach. The only thing, we weren’t a fan of the boxed breakfasts. We enjoy going to the kitchens for a hot meal instead of eating in our room.”

I tried buy water in the Vending machine, paid for it, the bottle did not come out, it got stock and guy at the reception told me I have to call the company myself. I was not going to waist my time calling for $2-3 drink. When we made the reservation there was a bonus a free ride for 2, when we got there initially the guy at reception did not have idea what it was and then he said it is not working at this time. “When I booked this hotel it was an AmericInn, however when I arrived it was changed to a Quality Inn with no prior indication. I did receive calls from Windham but they never left a message to identify the change prior to my check in. The building did not have any address on it to help identify it as the hotel we needed to be at. Otherwise, it was a very clean hotel. The staff did their best with what appeared to be a new system. “Room clean staff was extremely nice the breakfast was delicious and the amenities were awesome. The only downside was some kids that kept bouncing around in the room above mine and some guests were loud at the fire pit after hours.”
