“I had a decent stay. However I had 2 separate charges on my credit card that I had to give for the normal room incidentals. I asked the staff about it, who told me it would then be taken off as long as everything was ok when I left. I checked out with no incident and later had a charge in my card. When I called to ask about it, I was told that it was a nightly parking fee. This was never mentioned nor was it publicized. “Staff was amazing, the lady at the front desk is amazing. Nice hotel, AC unit was very strong. My only complaints: the balcony had some kind of water issue and half of it was a large puddle of water. The room is nice, but not a fan of the sink outside the bathroom. Wish they had healthier options for the breakfast, but overall a nice hotel, clean beach, and play area. Nice view as well.”
