“Found feces floating in the pool from a toddler and parent who left the pool before us. Reported this to the front desk and lady was rude. Provided solution was “don’t you have a car? Can’t you go to the sister hotel and use their pool?” Was implied I would just walk in swimsuits with my kids on the sidewalk in the rain and 43 degree weather? Then rudely suggested I drive. “The room was very clean. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Check in and out was smooth. The pool/hot was clean. Not an over powering smell of chlorine. We will return.”
