“Very clean and nice people and good breakfast!”

“We booked the room thinking we were going to be on the resort property but we were a mile down the road at these very outdated condos. The room had dead bugs, dirty bedding, and patio door that was lacking the greasing or maintenance to allow it to open easily. There was no box breakfast and beach club that looks inviting did not have any bar or grill. It rained earlier in the day so they closed it down for the whole afternoon and evening. Also, the Den which had all the cool arcade games...

“The bedding was crisp, clean, and relatively new. Otherwise, the property needs some updating and more staff to keep up.”

“The first night we were in this motel we had the NOISIEST neighbors upstairs. I couldn't believe how loud they were just walking back and forth and up and down the stairs right outside our room. I called the front desk to see if we could get a different room on the second story and the next morning we were moved! Absolutely no issues after that. The staff were so friendly and the location was perfect. Definitely recommend!”

“The bed comfort was on par with 5 star hotels. The room has most everything you need, mini fridge, usb outlets in abundance, free 24 hour coffee and water machine in lobby. Excellent breakfast with amazing waffles. April ( I think that’s her name, she was training someone) was a super breakfast attendant. Really high ceilings which was a surprise so nice large room. Only negative is there is no sound proofing. I could hear the neighbors TV, people upstairs walking around, hallway noise. Luckily...

“Out of the way stay but totally worth it for the experience. Historic unique lodge that combines the old with the new. Creative, antique decorating. Great lakeside grounds and beautiful gardens. Personalized service. Our room and breakfast was very nice.”
