“Amazing Location!”

“Breakfast was good. We couldn’t get the room cool enough. Lady at desk was helpful but had to call her both nights we were there.room was clean. Lamps on the night stands would be nice. ”

“Found feces floating in the pool from a toddler and parent who left the pool before us. Reported this to the front desk and lady was rude. Provided solution was “don’t you have a car? Can’t you go to the sister hotel and use their pool?” Was implied I would just walk in swimsuits with my kids on the sidewalk in the rain and 43 degree weather? Then rudely suggested I drive. “Everything was great, other then... we chose this location because it had a pool. Traveling with 3, 10 year olds, a pool was a MUST!! We were able to swim once for about 2 minutes before the smell of chlorine forced us to leave. All three of my kids almost immediately became ill, including coughing, burning eyes and skin irritation Later that evening the pool was completely closed "for maintenance".
