Hotel all inclusive a Northern Phoenix

“Brand new clean spot. Parking is right in front and thankfully they don’t charge like every other place. Convenient location near good restaurants ”

“We booked through Expedia and paid an increased rate for a room with a couch and kitchenette. When we checked in, we actually got a worse room than the basic king room. No pullout couch, no chair, no kitchenette (only a fridge), no microwave, stove, etc. We got put in a handicap room with a small shower with a fabric shower curtain (instead of the large glass shower). The staff informed us they were sold out, no other rooms available. The hotel blames Expedia, Expedia blames the hotel. I’m not...

“Everyone was incredibly welcoming from the moment I arrived. I didn’t have a single bad experience during my stay. Even when housekeeping came in to make the bed, none of my personal belongings were touched, which I really appreciated since I’ve had uncomfortable experiences with housekeeping at other places before. “We recently went on a 10-day road trip and stayed at a variety of hotels. This property was clean and we enjoyed our stay. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is because as a family of 6, we enjoyed other, more spacious rooms, at other hotels. Otherwise, this was a great facility and the pool was clean and breakfast was great.”
