“From the day I arrived in Orlando, my experience was not good. No one answering to send a shuttle for pick up, requested my room be cleaned 2 days consecutively, it never was, the on-site “restaurant” had limited hours, and one day the person seating and accommodating customers was also the cook, the shuttle for my return to the airport was delayed. It appears the property doesn’t have sufficient staff to accommodate its guests, and doesn’t equate to good customer service. The staff were polite,...
