“The room wasn’t very clean. You could see smudges on the mirrors and tables. Everything looked very outdated and cheap. I would not recommend staying here.”

“The beds were comfortable and the room was clean all of the staff were friendly and helpful. I the free breakfast was tasty and I enjoyed the workout area. I will stay here again. Free parking on the property.”

“Remodeling is taking place so there is a lot of containers in the parking lot. The room was nice, but the sink faucet had a leak and the toilet paper dispenser was held on by silicone and would fall out of the wall when toilet paper was pulled. The breakfast was better than I expected. Hopefully, once the remodeling is done, my complaints will be resolved.”

“Mold everywhere! I don’t think the bathroom had been clean from the last FEW guests… Hair and dirt everywhere, used soap in the tub. Was honestly scared to stay here, but we needed a ‘nap’ traveling to Florida. Was not worth the money for a 4 hour nap!!!!”

“This stay was as expected. Despite a recent renovation, their television is unable to cast to your phone to stream or have any WiFi connection. The room only had one dresser drawer and it was small. The tile was cracked on the bathroom floor and tub. Our sheets had small stains. There was a weird sound like a cricket when we slept and couldn’t figure out the source. The shower also made a weird noise equivalent to a cow bell. Mini fridge and microwave could have been cleaned better. They...

“The breakfast was amazing and the location was perfect!”

“Air conditioning not good at all. Had set on the lowest setting and was hot a humid in the room the whole time. Very humid in the hallway as well. The shower sounded like it was about to take flight when it was on and the toilet ran literally all night. I’ll just pay the $150 to stay at the Hilton next time.”

“I stayed in a recently renovated suite and it was fantastic. The best feature was the shower control opposite the shower head, great idea. The breakfast included was also fabulous. Enjoyed my one night there immensely. Very close to the Riverbanks Zoo where I went the next morning. Ery nice zoo.”

Building has good bones but in need of rehab.First room112 was bad, mold in bathroom, window unlock on ground floor, pin holes in drapes, used condom hanging on lamp cord by trash can, fresh condom by bed stand, plugins on all lamps would hold a power cube for phone. Luggage rack was rusted. Handicap shower seat was worn out and cushion had cracks in it.
