“The room was spotless, the counter lady was very supportive when I lost one of my hotel keys, and the breakfast served was great. Not to mention, the bathroom was well maintained and had all the amenities that I needed. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who needs to spend the night in North Austin.”

“For whatever reason I was charge circa 300usd extra and they do not respond my messages on hotels.com… I had booked a larger room but informed upon arrival that they had that type of room booked for the first night and therefore I had to be downgraded. Not only I was not offered a reimburse for the night on a lower category room but after checking my account I have been charged extra 287.4$ for no reason. I wrote to the hotel days ago and I still have not received any answer…”
