“The staff was great. At the desk, they were courteous, helpful and efficient. The drivers for the shuttle were great, as well. They were friendly, helpful and handled Austin's traffic with, seeming, ease. My room was nice, spacious and very clean. Their cleaning staff does their job very well. All in all, I had a nice stay. My thanks to the staff for making it that way.”

“The hotel's location was very convenient. Used their shuttle bus to and from the airport. Breakfast was warm and fresh but the coffee was awful. Luckily they had other beverage options. They have a billiard and foosball table which were fun to use. Although the fooball was wobbly, some handles were missing and the table itself looked like it was about to fall apart.
The room itself was cozy and clean. The AC thermostat unit was finicky. We had to press buttons several times to make them work....

“The building is nice and new. The room was clean. Breakfast was mediocre, they ran out of eggs and when I asked for more they brought so little that it was enough for about 3-4 people. They put us up on the first floor and it was very loud every night past midnight. The location is good, across from the waterpark. If you go there, opt out of breakfast and ask for a room on a higher floor. ”

“Well maintained and staffed. A bit tricky to get to from certain directions. Breakfast was pretty mundane and on Sunday morning, it was pretty much decimated by 845am. Apparently they weren't prepared to keep up with all the youth soccer players staying at the hotel. Some items restocked by 915 but still on sparse side”

“The lobby area was very nice and we were greeted by the front desk staff immediately! She was wonderful and welcoming. She told us about all the amenities and sent us on our way. Our room was very nice and the beds were comfy. It was quiet and we all slept like a baby. I really enjoyed my stay and look forward to staying with Aloft hotels again!!! ”
