“We have stayed here for several years and were extremely disappointed in the service and cleanliness of the hotel. The restaurant/bar is no longer open at night. We arrived in a driving rainstorm and nobody assisted us with anything at all. There was no staff available to assist with luggage or anything else. “The rooms were clean , but my daughters has paint missing as if someone fell into the walls room and bathroom. Washer was broken, and some very sketchy people . Some lady was screaming at her 3 yr old as a grown adult with fowl language. After her trying to start a fight with me I complained about it to the front desk and he wanted to move me and my grandkids after we were unpacked from a long day at blue bayou. Just all around a very uncomfortable stay.”
