“Our stay was short as it was an overnight stop on our way to Palm Springs from Vancouver, BC. Having said this, it was excellent value for the price. The place was quiet, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I'd give it 5 stars but the breakfast was not much of anything at all. Nothing bad about it but not much to it. If they could have added maybe a little fresh fruit, yogurt and bread for toast, it likely would have been enough for me to change my rating to 5 out of 5.”

“We stayed at Hotel Katerina during Chico Family Weekend with a group of 10, and it was such a great experience from start to finish. The hospitality truly stood out, everyone made us feel so welcome and taken care of. The food was absolutely delicious, and everything throughout the hotel was very clean and well maintained. The staff went above and beyond with their kindness and helpfulness, which made traveling with a larger group so much easier. The gym was state of the art and pool relaxing...

“Ample parking, the breakfast was pretty good or at least a lot better than others I will say that the rooms have very little wall insulation so expect to hear the news updates from the room next door. The staff was excellent great team!”

“The place was clean, did not see any critters. I know many people like the low price. Funny thing I slept excellent, most hotels/motels I never sleep the first night. I was in bed by 9:30pm wonderful! I would stay again.”

“Staff was not pleasant. On the way to our room was a trail of blood that lead from the ground floor up to our room on the 2nd floor. Cleaning crew passed over multiple times and never cleaned it up. Our door was unlocked when we entered and the safe was broken. Very disappointed ”

“Ordered the big room with the jacuzzi tub and it was absolutely nasty. Had hair literally everywhere in it I had to scrub the jets myself, ran cleaner through the jets and drained it 3 times and still had hair coming out. Hair in the towels. Room was overall just dirty and nowhere worth the money. They were accommodating for the most part besides calling me 3 weeks later claiming that I took their green blanket. (Wouldn’t want to bring anything home from there with how dirty the room was)....
