“Every thing was fine, but they should get better coffee, they only had a machine for coffee. Another guest came up to me and was showing me the coffee machine and warned me that it was terrible coffee and I really agreed with him. I am a coffee drinker in the mornings so that was a big disappointment, plus the Kurerig machine in the room was also broken.”

“The check in itself went fine, I was charged the extra pet fee no problem, and was promptly put into room 118 and that lasted about an hour. We couldn’t stand the urine and ammonia smells even with the broken window wide open. I was refunded for one night, but I think they could have done better to make it right. I would NOT recommend staying here.”

“Ample parking, the breakfast was pretty good or at least a lot better than others I will say that the rooms have very little wall insulation so expect to hear the news updates from the room next door. The staff was excellent great team!”

“The new management has executed a very successful plan designed to make this motel very safe, clean, and welcoming. I was a little leery of the location when I reserved my room because I know downtown Chico, but I saw no indication of transients or undesirable elements. “Indoor pool was not working and that was the reason I booked this hotel.”

“Ordered the big room with the jacuzzi tub and it was absolutely nasty. Had hair literally everywhere in it I had to scrub the jets myself, ran cleaner through the jets and drained it 3 times and still had hair coming out. Hair in the towels. Room was overall just dirty and nowhere worth the money. They were accommodating for the most part besides calling me 3 weeks later claiming that I took their green blanket. (Wouldn’t want to bring anything home from there with how dirty the room was)....
