“In-room refrigerator did not work, shower was not hot and a/c was not working in the hallway. Front desk staff was excellent! Room was nice otherwise.”

“The front desk representative, Erica, was so darn nice. Like a longtime friend. We really enjoyed our room. Nice and clean and neat. Modern looking. The breakfast was really good. Lots of tasty stuff to choose from and good coffee. Would definitely recommend.”

“Great little cabin. A few unexpected things. You cannot stand up in the loft area. Have to crawl into bed. Hot tubs are clean but do not look clean due to the mineral content in the water. We had to inquire to be sure we were safe. River front is a bit back from the river for the sleeps 4 cabins, but nice view. Location is great. Close to the Biltmore, the outlets, shopping etc. loved our stay!”

“This was a good place to stay for a night at a very reasonable low cost. I was the only female with 3 guys in the mixed dorm. I had a top bunk which wasn't the easiest to climb into (rungs were spaced further apart than typical) but it was comfortable and I would book again.”
