“It’s ok if you’re staying for a night, but the property lacks a pool, and any real amenities. The free breakfast consisted of oatmeal packets and nutrigrain bars. The bedding and towels had hair and our bathroom had blood on the wall. The water never got hot so showers were lukewarm at best. Spend a few more dollars and stay at Holiday Inn Express.”

“These hotels are consistently excellent. Being pet friendly put them over the top. When we need a stay for travel, the first thing we do is see if there is one in the area. The room size and full kitchen is perfect for our needs. Forget going out for breakfast. Their breakfast is restaurant quality and included with your stay.”

“Such a lovely place. The owner and staff were wonderful, breakfast was great and accommodating to food allergies, the space was so relaxing with natural gardens and plenty of space to relax and listen to nature’s sounds. Especially loved all the extra touches of afternoon snacks available as needed. Would recommend to anyone visiting the Asheville area. And easy drive to downtown areas as well!”

“The sheets and bed were clean. We had to clean the counters when we got there and the hot tub had some dirt in it but when I mentioned it to the staff they came and cleaned the hot tub. Besides that we had a great time and enjoyed the place”

“The pool was one pool that went from in side to out side awesome. What i didn't like was that there was no hot tub as advertised. Stillwater a awesome stay would recommend to anyone”

“Nice clean room. The bathroom sink faucets did not work properly. The water lines were stopped up causing very low water pressure. Everything else was fine.”

“The room was clean and neat. The shower fixture was very loose and the type should be detachable. The toilet paper hanger is difficult to reach especially inconvenient. Move it to under the counter. The numbers on the inside of the elevator are shabby and need replacing.”

“This is my first time ever staying in a hostel before and I am so impressed... Are first I didn't understand it or was a little nervous but once the owners talked to me and everyone was so friendly, I got unshy really quick!!! Perfect location to whatever you're desiring to do in town and if its further then it's just a short bus ride to anywhere... I've never met Kinder people in my life and never felt so welcome somewhere! I wish I could give it 1000 stars... thank y'all so much ❤”
