“The air conditioning unit wasn’t working properly. Unable to use due to loud clicking off and on. Microwave was broken. TV turned off when the bathroom light was turned on…room 219”

This was the only place available for the dates we stayed in St. Croix, other wise I would have double payed for any other hotel and left immediately. Chris the at the front desk was nice.”
