“It seems like they are really trying. The lobby staff were so warm and welcoming and the room was nice but the bathroom was really not clean. I appreciated the key to get into the room so there aren't random people with access to the room. Everything was as expected for this hotel except the bathroom and shower.”

“The only reason I gave the property 4 stars instead of 5 was because they seem to be in the middle of renovations. The rooms my family had were very nicely redone, but they are not done with the lobby and hallways. The property was clean and the staff were very professional. Unfortunately, we arrived before check in time after a harrowing time getting to the hotel, (the car broke down several times) and they would not let us check in without paying $35 early check in fee per room. “This is not a family friendly hotel. It more like a daily renters property. The guy was very nice and let us cancel our reservation no charge but fyi to families its not a place to stay.”

“The staff was so nice but the rooms are VERY run down. We practically had to pull the shower off the wall to turn it on. The rooms smell like the cigarette trash cans (located right outside our room) and you can hear everything outside your room. For 200 plus dollars a night, it was very disappointing. It was our first time up to Hershey, so if we go back we will look at other properties.”

I had reserved a room with two queen beds, but when I finally got into the room, there was only one queen bed, and the room had a strange smell.
